Property and Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations or changes made after 4:00 pm (property local time) 7 days prior to your reservation, or in case of a no-show, will incur a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Advanced purchase reservations: Your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable. This means that your prepayment, which is the full cost of the stay, is not refundable under any circumstance.

Check-in: at 4pm MST

We are unable to pre-approve early check-ins prior to your arrival.

We will text you if your unit is ready early.


Check-out

Check-out before 11am MST

We are unable to allow late check-out.

Please text "We have checked out" to 435.485.7312 when you depart.


Special check-in instructions

The Montclair at Zion is contactless with self check-in. Each unit is equipped with a keyless smart lock. Prior to arrival, you will receive and must complete an online digital registration via a secure link. You will be asked to provide the property with a copy of your government-issued photo ID as well as a credit/debit card for the $100.00 authorization hold for any incidentals that may occur during your stay.

Pets

No pets (including support animals)


Children and extra beds

Children are welcome, up to the age of 17 years, they can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room. Rollaway/extra beds are not available. Cribs (infant beds) are not available.

Fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

·Utility surcharge: USD 4.99 plus taxes per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.


House Rules

House rules: No smoking. No pets (including support animals). $1000 fine for each violation plus cleaning fees.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before your first night's stay for a full refund of the deposit.


We should mention

This property does not have elevators.

The ice machine is in the guest laundry room located in the pool house.

Guest laundry is available 24 hours a day. Machines only accept credit/debit for payment. 

Pool access is available from 8am to 10pm daily.
