Who We Are
Welcome to Montclair at Zion. A modern boutique hotel featuring luxury villas designed as your basecamp for exploring Zion National Park. Located just 1.5 miles from the park’s main entrance, our property offers a peaceful, scenic setting that's close to the action but feels a world away from the crowds.
We have poured our hearts into creating a place that blends modern comfort with natural beauty. Our quiet location in Springdale gives us space for more greenery and landscaping than many properties closer to the park. The result is a more relaxed, restful environment—something our guests really value after a day of hiking or sightseeing.
Montclair offers both hotel rooms and private villas, each one thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes like stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops, walk-in showers, and in-unit washer/dryers. Villas also include full kitchens and private patios with stunning views of the cliffs.
We’re fully contactless for your convenience. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a short online registration. Once your room is ready, we’ll text your access code—no front desk, no hassle. When it’s time to check out, just send us a quick message.

How We Got Here
Montclair started as a humble four-building hotel with 35 basic rooms. It wasn’t fancy, but it was ours. As a family, we saw the potential to do more—to create something that better reflected the beauty of Zion and give our guests an experience worth remembering.
Over time, we remodeled 24 of the original rooms and made the decision to remove the remaining buildings to make space for 20 new guest villas. At the same time, we completely redesigned and upgraded the pool to match the elevated experience we wanted to offer. Today, it's one of the features our guests enjoy most—perfect for relaxing after a day in the park.
We didn’t cut corners. Every finish, every layout, and every detail was chosen to make your stay better. We focused on blending comfort, privacy, and style, with a real connection to the natural surroundings.
This isn’t a chain hotel. It’s a project built by a family who cares deeply about this place and the people who stay here. We're proud of what Montclair has become, and we’re excited to share it with you.
